Programme Overview

The Certificate of Aptitude for Real Estate Professions (CAPIMMO) is ETHSUN's flagship professional certification for real estate practitioners across Côte d'Ivoire and francophone Africa. Participants choose their format for the full 8-week duration — either 100% online with live sessions, or 100% in-person in Abidjan. In-person participants also benefit from construction-site visits, corporate field trips and a study visit to the Abidjan Commercial Court. No accommodation is included in either format. Corporate and training-fund sponsorship rate: €1,830. Graduates are prepared for roles including General Director, Project Manager, Real Estate Appraiser, Transaction Agent and Business Developer.
